Our 1-on-1 coaching is designed to help busy individuals transform in the most efficient way possible. Most people go overboard when it comes to strength training and dieting and this can actually cause more harm the good, especially in South Asians. Instead, find out the best diet and exercise strategies for our genetic and cultural needs in order to obtain superior results and long term habit creation.
We begin with a 30 minute initial consultation to learn more about your goals and go over the entire transformation process in detail including the exercise and nutritional strategies that will be used to reach your goals as well as creating a timeline in which to achieve them.
One on One coaching includes:
- 24/7 access to the South Asian Strong App and daily access to your very own coach.
- Personalized workout program that is updated every 4-6 weeks and monitored weekly.
- Personalized nutrition coaching: Weekly food log monitoring and learning how to track macros and continue to eat the foods you enjoy while losing weight with flexible dieting.
- Progress monitoring and adjustments from your coach to make sure you're seeing results.
- Bi-Weekly 1:1 15 min call for support and accountability with me.
- Two way communication through the app with your coach for questions and support.
- Unlimited Form Checks for each exercise.
- Access to members-only transformation group to share results, recipes, milestones and tips.
Minimum Commitment: 3 x 45 minute workouts/week.
