To modify your billing method or change your subscription please go to and:

  1. Create an account using the email you signed up with.
  2. Click on Subscriptions.
  3. Hit Cancel or Scroll to the bottom and alter your payment method or billing cycle.


Refunds for digital products are typically not available but we want you to succeed so the refund policy is as follows:

As stated on the product page refunds are only available if you try the product for 14 days, this means weighing in twice, completing and logging the workouts as well as your food log(meal pictures at minimum) and not seeing results (ie. weight loss). 

Then you can reach out to us and once we confirm you completed these steps we will see if we can help and extend your trial another two weeks for you to implement our advice or you have the option to receive a refund right away.
